We Are On A SAFARI: Wednesday/March 02

It is finally March! It is still cold I know, but I could see the light at the end of the tunnel now, I think.
So in an attempt to make my outfits for work today a little bit adventureous, I play around with the trend that is IN for this Spring. A safari jacket. Not head to toe as I'm not driving a jeep in Serengeti (my absolute fave quote from the March InStyle magazine!). Plus, it's still winter!

Unfortunately, I could not find any pattern to make it more interesting. The only pattern/texture is in the handbag, which is why I keep it for this outfits. I think it works too (another lame excuse for my laziness to change handbag).

Here are the details & photos:

Pants: dark brown corduroy boot cut style (Style & Co.)
Safari jacket: short sleeves with a little puff & dark brown skinny belt (INC.)
Layer: long sleeves white cotton tee (Banana Republic)
Wedges: dark brown with croco embossed & goldtone buckle (Style & Co.)
Handbag: orange pebble leather with dark brown leather trims (Francesco Biasa)
Accessories: brass tone loops earrings (no brand); scarf Pashmina (made in India) no brand (Ebay)
